Convective Surface Temperatures
This is the temperature at which convection (i.e. clouds) will form. During the early summer when the atmosphere is 'capped', if the surface temperature gets higher than this level, then clouds (and perhaps thunderstorms) will form. 60F=288K, 70F =294K, 80F=300K, 90F=305K, 100F=311K
